All Freeze requests must be submitted 7 days prior to month end.

For example:
If you Freeze on or before August 24th (and are eligible), your account will be frozen with no additional payments and you may use the services through August 31st.
After August 24th, you will have one more draft payment on September 1st and you may use the services through September 30th.
